Child Safety Standards
Last updated: March 25, 2026
Vouch, developed and published by Kali Holding LLC, has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This applies to all content, conduct, and communications on the Vouch platform, including the Vouch mobile application available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Our Commitment
The safety of minors is a top priority for Vouch and Kali Holding LLC. We are committed to creating a platform where child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) are explicitly and strictly prohibited. We take proactive steps to detect, prevent, remove, and report any such content or behavior.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following is strictly prohibited on Vouch and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Any imagery, video, text, or other content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Sharing, distributing, soliciting, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming behavior — building trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse, exploitation, or trafficking
- Soliciting sexual content from minors or sending sexual content to minors
- Sexualized comments, messages, or interactions directed at or involving minors
- Using the platform to arrange or facilitate any offline contact with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation
- Any attempt to circumvent our child safety measures
Age Requirements
Vouch is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow users under the age of 18 to create accounts. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be suspended and any associated data will be deleted in accordance with applicable laws.
Detection and Enforcement
Vouch employs the following measures to enforce these standards:
- Content moderation: User-generated content is subject to review and moderation to identify and remove prohibited material
- User reporting: All users can report content or behavior that may violate these standards directly within the app
- Account action: Accounts found to be in violation are immediately terminated without prior notice
- Law enforcement cooperation: Confirmed CSAM/CSAE violations are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline and to applicable law enforcement agencies
