Welcome to Vouch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vouch mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Kali Holding LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using Vouch, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vouch. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.
To use Vouch, you must create an account with a valid email address, username, and password. You are responsible for:
You may not create accounts for the purpose of impersonating another person, use another person's account without permission, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
You agree to use Vouch in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. You may not:
You retain ownership of the content you post on Vouch, including posts, photos, event descriptions, and messages ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. We do not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or its users.
Vouch allows users to create and attend events. As an event host, you are responsible for the accuracy of your event information and for managing your event responsibly. As an attendee, you understand that:
The "Bond" feature allows mutual connections between users. When you bond with another user, you may gain access to their bonds-only content and events. You can remove a bond at any time. Vouch does not guarantee the identity or intentions of any user you connect with.
Vouch assigns a reputation score based on your activity, including event attendance and check-in behavior. This score is visible to other users. We reserve the right to adjust the reputation scoring system at any time. Attempts to artificially manipulate your reputation score may result in account suspension or termination.
We may offer a paid subscription service ("Vouch Pro") in the future. Additional terms will apply to any paid features and will be presented to you before purchase. All fees will be clearly disclosed before any charges are applied.
If you enable push notifications, you may receive alerts about new followers, bonds, messages, and event updates. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Users can report content, events, or other users that violate these Terms. We review reports and may take action including content removal, account warnings, or account termination. We are not obligated to take action on every report and make moderation decisions at our sole discretion.
The Vouch name, logo, and all related branding, software, and design elements are the property of Kali Holding LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the Service.
VOUCH IS A PLATFORM FOR DISCOVERING AND SHARING EVENTS. WE DO NOT ORGANIZE, HOST, OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY EVENTS LISTED ON THE PLATFORM. ATTENDANCE AT ANY EVENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KALI HOLDING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kali Holding LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
